It's a later (1951) TEA-20, meaning the engine is a 28hp rather than the earlier 24hp (85 vs 80 mm pistons). Sometimes people refer to these as a 20-85.

Retail value depends where you live. Are you planning on selling?

So you mean it'a a 1951 or close of ? I really have trouble seeing the serial number :?.

I live in NY, in the north close of canadian border.

If the serial number is 210678, then it is a 1951.
Serial numbers did not start with 0, or an 8, or a 9, so that's what I think it is.
