Anyone near Winnipeg?

I will be traveling to Winnipeg in a couple of weeks and wanted to know if there were any good Ferguson sites or other activities. It is
for business so I may only have an evening or two.

Inno is only about a day and a half east of there, he must have a project he needs help with...
I was on a train thru Winnipeg, if you walk from the station down to the freight house you can buy Chinese food and ice cream. the have ice cream on the train, but VIA doesn't have Chinese on the menu...
Some one on here is near there, he might be on the MF forum?

A day and a half? We don't still ride horses there ya know! It's about 400km from here to Winnipeg. At this moment, I'm just using the tractors, not fixing them. Luckily haven't broken anything major yet this summer.

Biggest tractor show in Canada is in Austin, Manitoba, about 85 miles West of Winnipeg.
You would have to wait until 23 July, though. If you go early, you can see the permanent
collection. If you go another 50 miles West to Brandon, you'll find a pretty good
World War Two air training base and museum. Very good bush-plane museum in Winnipeg,
and a tourist steam train ride.
