TEF20 Front Rim

Wondering if I'm missing something here. I have a badly bent front rim, the tire is a 4.00-19

Replacement rims are labeled 3x19. Will these tires fit on the replacement rims?
Also does anyone offer front wheel weights? The Bush hog i have makes turning....interesting to say the least.

here's a set for the ford 9n/2n 19" should fit your ferguson without a problem but kind of hard to find.

Here are some of the weights for the wheel weights that I posted, outside full weights are 58 lbs each, inside split weights are 36 lbs each. Full set is 260 lbs. I have the outside full mounted on the inside front wheels of my ford 8n for hauling wood. it's enough weight that I can steer with my hands instead of my feet.

The weights for English TE tractors' 19 inch front wheels look like this . One piece , three bolts , weigh about 45 Kilos each .
