Was surfing the web and came up with this pretty good site. It is a site that works the with states and certain agricultural colleges that will give rebates for retrofitting rops for older tractors, and you are not limited to just one tractor. They claim rebates can be up to 70%. Not all states participate.

Yes I saw that. There's alot more agriculture in the rest of America. Too bad others states are not involved. All in all it looks like a good deal.....

There may be other states with simliar programs. The site BossHog linked to is run by the Bassett HealthCare Network. Which is a small network of hospitals/health centers located in rural central NY area. From the fine print at the very bottom of the page..

I retrofitted my TO30 with ROPS thru the NY
rebate program about 2 yrs ago..the system
costs about $1000 to buy..after rebate of
about $700 it cost me $300 plus the sweat of
installing on a hot summers day..thanx to
my neighbor for his assistence.the
manufacturer(in california)replaced the seat
belt for free when the release button stuck
in closed position.overall I would say it's
a valuable program to take advantage of.
