What do you use on your tractors tyres ?

I like to keep my TED20 looking nice , I do work it and it does get dirty , the body is easy to wash and wipe down . The tyres are another thing . Still serviceable despite lots of tiny surface cracks in the sidewalls ,they do let the side down though . Car tyre dressing just doesn't seem to put a shine on them , Glycerine works but is fearfully expensive .
There was a recipe around for some type of oil mixture but I can't seem to find it now .

I would be careful putting anything on them other than just old soap and water.

Any material, strong cleaner or solvent can dry out the sidewall, remove the oils, then
you will start to see cracking in the outer protective cover.

If you make a search for (tire dressing) you will find a large number of products out there. You will find a lot of them are water based product . Some of them leave a shine and others a flat black.

there is a tire black I think u get it from this site. it is a concentrate u mix it with water u dont want to put anything oil base on your tires

Manure isn't even a joke, the acids quickly rot the rubber or nylon, and the steel rims. Petroleum based oils aren't doing any long term good either, leaves ya with silicones. Armor-all? Sporting goods sprays are the best choice, but never cheap... Keeping out of the sun is the biggest long term help, I use cheap plastic tarps....
