Nice :) always good when all the parts are finally together .We don't have 40s here in Australia , can someone explain just what they are ? To me they look a little like our MF65 .

Brendon is correct when they quit the two lines the Ferguson 40 and the Massey Harris 50 became the Massey Ferguson 50 with a small amount of tin work and grill redesign.

I would say they are 35's with different steering and tin, but you don't have 35's either? You got FE35 diesels right? A bigger Continental gasser instead.
That might have been the hang up, yankee farmers got plenty of tax free petrol, the 'Empire' was to be blessed with the Standard 23C.... or TVO...oooooh...
The world's 65's seem to be improvements on the 40's and 50's developed in the states. Seems the Empire trade agreement kept 40's and 50's out of Canada for awhile too... even tho they were assembled right across a narrow river.
I believe Sam told me/us, the commonwealth didn't get any 2 stage clutch, 2 stage gearing, for 3? nearly 4 years? after MHF first sold them in the states.... red tape ? but who's red tape??
