Radius Arm Removal - TO-30

Just got a To-30.....need to remove the radius arm. My To-35 has regular bolts at the axle end. The 30 has these strange screw in bolts. Anyone have any suggestions on removing them? I've tried heat, rust bust etc. And there's not much head to grab either. The picture is the RH - the LH has threads showing.

Should be a nut on bottom. Remove nut and drive up and out. Top (head)is made to turn will crescent or wrench. Looks like a lot of rust so made take time. Try and soak with brake fluid over several days may also help cut rust.

Oxy/ac torch to a dull red. Push up from the bottom to get it going up. Once up, abundant Kroil penetrating oil and allow to soak. More heat, smoke and pushing. Once it goes up, more oil and shove it down. Push it up, more oil and shove it down. Repeat. Each time it should come up higher until out.
