Implements for TO30

I have a TO35, 1957 model
it has about 24+ hp

Disc: I pull a 6ft disc, double gang med duty, they also make a light duty and heavy duty model, your tractor will not be happy with the heavy duty disc as its too much weight to pickup.

Rotary Cutter: I have a 5 ft rotary cutter, Howse brand, its plenty to pull in heavy grass, I think a 6 ft would be too much.

fireman according to another site the TO 30 was drawbar tested at 24.37 hp. while the TO 35 was drawbar tested at 30.51 hp. I like to make sure the implement is wide enough to cover the tire tracks when possible. Remember these tests were done when the tractors were new so depending how worn your engine is now could make some difference. Some implement manufacturers state on tags what size h.p. that particular implement is best suited to be used with.

I veggie farm with a te20 & to30.i use a 7' Dearborn double gang 3pt hitch disc with both.i have sandy-loam soil & no rocks.either tractor will pull 2 btm 12's without to much trouble.but it does seem the te does it a little easier with its loaded tires.

I just bought a 5 foot "Bush Hog" Razorback model for my 1955 TO35 and found it perfect. It is rated for up to one inch thick brush but it did cut a little more than that. The fields look just as good as my lawn. I did have alot of thick brush and it went thru it without any problems.

I use a 5 foot rough cut i bought for a
bottle of lambs for the areas with stumps
and rocks, and the nicer 6 footer for
knocking down weeds in my food plots.the 6
footer makes the front end light, have a
couple sets of weights that bolt to the
front axle I made up.
I also have a 6 foot disc just a single
gang though, and the Dearborn tiller. Tiller
sees way more use than the disc or 2 bottom
plow when doing food plots.
