Need a tire!

Help! I got a free tractor and I need to move it. Here's the tricky part: it's on a private island in the San Juans. My boss gave me a Ferguson TO30 (just like my '53, but newer) and it has a blown out tire on the left side. The other tires look good. I don't think if I put a new tube in it, it would stay inflated. It looks like the tire would poke holes in the tube.

So, here's what I'm wondering: Is there anybody out there that can loan me a tire (maybe even with a wheel) so that I can get this tractor over to my shop? The barge leaves in June, so I have some time to figure it out.

I'm located in Ferndale, WA.

I don't know how desperate or how handy you are, but you could take some blocks
of wood and groove them and use a strap or rod with a turnbuckle to clamp them
to the rim.
 
Free is a good start. So as a last resort, a tire shop can get you a brand new rim, tire and tube. A few bills, but the first and only money so far.
Second choice, stuff a big rag in the hole and try a new tube. Remember all you need to roll around is 5 or 6 pounds, that shouldn't chafe at all. Just get it home right?
The first thing I do is hit Craigslist. Farm and garden and business equipment. No matter the size, if it fits the loops or you get a center that fits the hub- it rolls. Search words- 'tractor tires' 'Ford/MF rim', 6 loop 28 inch' any search like that. That's all you need right?
 
That's a novel idea! If worse comes to worse, we cut down a tree and my new old tractor shows up sporting some firewood.
 
Jack up the tyre to relieve pressure and slide a flat sheet of rubber cut from an old inner tube through the hole and between the tyre carcass and the tractor inner tube . Puff as much talcum powder as you can between the rubber sheet and tube to aid slippage and re inflate . Snip off any rough bits with side cutters and take it slow .
