Misfiring TO-30

Hello I have a problem with my Ferguson TO-30 I am restoring. It has a misfire. I'll provide a link to a video of it.
I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about what to do to fix it. I have done a lot to the tractor already. All
electrical connections are bright and tight, redid wiring and made sure it was all correct from a schematic, added new
gaskets to manifold and carb and sealed the mating surfaces with high temp copper rtv. I appear to get spark at all
spark plugs, it doesn't have points, someone added a pertronix electronic ignition at some point in the life of the
tractor. Spark plugs are new and oil, etc. are all new. Oil pressure is aboout 20 and cylinder compression is about 90
or more for all cylinders. It has a newish carb which I have taken all apart and made sure all passages were clean etc.
It still smokes and runs rough.

My first impression is it appears to be running too rich. A look at the plugs would tell, pull them immediately after running, see if they are wet with fuel and black. Things to check, choke opening fully? Air cleaner clogged internally (try test run with hose off). Float level set too high? High speed mix screw too far out?

The exhaust smell and color is also a clue. If it's black, a sign it's rich. If it's misty white and eye burning, raw gas smell, a sign of misfire from ignition or compression problems.

I'm with Steve on this it seems a little rich. Initial idle screw setting on the carb is 7/8 turn open. The power jet screw is 1 1/4. Also you may be just enough out of timing to have it run but not great. If you rev it up does it smooth out or worsen?
