TO-35 steering

beautiful day today in SE pa so I decided to do some "tractorizng".
the steering in question in the first three pics shows a slight bend in the front axle as opposed to the pics from another 35. also the gap from axle to front support is a bit wider on the tractor that has the "whipping" steering. nothing else looks outta place. can you guys see anything else amiss?

It looks as the center pin bushings should be replaced as it looks like there is to much space in pic. 3 between the pin and bushing. Also it does not look as the belt is running true on the pulley in pic. 3.
 
right both times Richard. when I replaced the water pump I measured the distance from the pulley to the pump face more than once. when I had the pulley pressed on the pump I measured again. then put the water pump on and low and stinging behold what you see is what you see. ugh !!!
