Ferguson TO 35

Have a Ferguson TO 35 that someone has done work on and I took off the tappet cover and it is bone dry no oil up to rocker arms . oil pressure is 40 lbs on lower end just not getting up to tappets What did they do wrong

With the engine running, loosen the rear rocker shaft stand bolt enough for the stand to lift slightly off the head. Oil should begin pumping out. If it does, the rocker shaft is plugged or assembled wrong. If no oil comes, either the passage up from the rear main is clogged (you can remove the rocker assy and run a wire down to check for obstruction, not likely though) or, since it was worked on, the rear main bearing was installed upside down (likely), or it has spun in the block.
