sleeve stand out advice

hi guys.

I have replaced one liner ( yes i know its not the best ,but thats the way it is)

Anyway with the new liner installed it is sitting proud of the other 3 liners which are approx 0.07mm proud of the bore.

The new liner is aprox 0 .10mm proud of bore. ( i think) .
I see the specs say liner standout 0.076 to 0.14 mm.

Wondering how much the copper gasket can accommodate for differences in liner standout and can i use gasket maker, holymer etc to provide an extra gasket on the 3 original liners to provide a seal.

I am not a metal person so not sure how much i can fudge this.

Its not practical at present to remove the other 3 liners, I need to get it re assembled and going.

I need to re measure these clearances for better accuracy, but advice from people with experience would be good.

Again thanks for your help.

Pete

Nay bloody worries mate. Just bolt the bloody thing together.
How thick is the head gasket? 2 or 3 mm's? I don't think a 1/100 of a millimeter will matter once she warms up.
But, do clean and re-check the edges in there and the sleeve itself, be sure there isn't any dirt or a burr in the way.
She'll be right..
