Correct oil pressure for a Z134 Continental

TO35 with Z134 Continental. Just got it running. Oil Pressure showing to be about 20 lbs. Is this about what it should be? I've changed the oil and filter.

If it is 20 lbs when hot, that's certainly
acceptable.

Book sez... 20 to 30 PSI at 2200 RPM and not lower than 15 PSI at idle.

I'm assuming this is at operating temperature, doesn't say what weight oil, probably straight 30.

The 15 PSI at idle sounds a little high, especially with light or multigrade oil. As long as you have "some" pressure at idle, should be OK.

In general, 10lbs per 1000 rpm is acceptable.
