Replacing rear main seal and transmission seal

I have my TED20 split and want to replace the rear main and transmission seals. I have factory manual but am still a bit unclear of the process. Can anyone help me out?

Here are the seals, top is transmission bottom is engine seal:

I went OK with the rear main seal but cant work out the transmission seal. I think I may skip it and put the tractor back together.

I replaced the transmission seal in a TO35 several years ago. Should be the same concept. It was a simple fix, just remove the throw out bearing, the 4 bolts holding the front flange, the seal is in the end of the flange.

is the trans fluid ( if filled properly ) below the seal or it needs to be drained a bit I wonder, I myself may tackle this soon
