TO 20 Sleeve Question

I was wondering if anyone could give me the outside diameter dimension of a cylinder sleeve for a TO 20. I am going to have a sleeve puller made to remove sleeves. I believe the ID is 3 3/16 inches. Also I would like to know were I can purchase a FELPRO head gasket for a TO 20. Thanks for all replies.

Max, the head gasket for a TO-20 (Continental Z120) is a Fel-Pro 7558B.

Your local auto parts store - chain or Mom and Pop - should be able to order one for you. The online places, like Summit Racing and Rock Auto, have them as well.

Any auto parts store should be able to get the head gasket. I have gotten them from oreillys before. It's a 7558 B Fel Pro. If you want the head set its HS 7558 B. As far as a sleeve puller why would you need one for a TO-20? The Z120 engine has wet sleeves. The only thing that holds the sleeve in the block after the head is removed is two orings and some rust. They are not pressed in like sleeves in a dry sleeve engine.Literally when the engine is being built those sleeves are pushed in by hand. Just lube the orings up good first so you don't tear them. Also make sure the holes in the block where the sleeve goes is clean before you put the new ones in.Turn the block over and take an oak 2x4 and knock them out to remove them.
