hyd lift cylinder rings

this site has the ring kit but it lists it for after ser no 178xxx. my 35 has a ser no 152xxx. will these rings on this site do the job?

They changed cylinder size at 179303, before would be 2 1/2" after 3". I would check with them on bore size. Yours would be the 2 1/2" unless lift cover replacement. I got cast rings for my 35 at MF dealer. Jim

Is it worth replacing your rings? I've got S/n 141741, and when I had to replace the rings, the housing was shot beyond making it worth replacing teh rings. Bumped up to the 3" cylinder and called it done. Just have to bore out the mounting holes to fit the bigger studs. Not to hard a job. And you gain lift capacity.. or lower pressures for a given implement...
