TO-35 hyd. adjustment

I have four 35's and on none of them can I find where the draft control sector marks are. I can see what looks to be an arrow on the one I am working on but I thought there are supposed to be two dots where the levers are placed when adjusting the internal linkage. the "fast" position has not rusted away as the other markings have.

how could I make good guess where the draft levers get set without using the markings that have disappeared? number four in the photo
