now I did it. I buggered up the threads where the oil line connects with the elbow that attaches to the oil gauge. my search has so far proved fruitless.

anyone know where I can get one?

thanks.

Your local Agco dealer can get one. I just looked and Parts Depot has 5 in stock in TN. Or you could go to a hardware store or auto parts store and go thru their brass fittings and elbows and find something.

nope. I used the oem number. I will try again tomorrow before I go to napa.

btw: that parts depot web site is crappy to navigate.

You have several leads but perhaps you can salvage the fitting by buying a tap and rethreading.

If you go to agcopartsbook and look at the TO-35 gas that is the number that it calls for. 356865X1 is the current number. I would say the number you are using has been superceeded to this current number.

thanks for the tip.

Yeah it isn't the best set up for searching. Most of the time I just put in 20 or 35 when I am searching for something and it will pull it up in the list.
