Will resizeing from 3-3/16ths to 3-5/16ths pistons and sleeves require a re-jet in the carburator? and I see the TO 30 cam is ground differently, will I need to have the cam reground to the TO 30 specs for a good running engine? Thanks for any comments.

No the carb will be fine. The TO-20 cam will be fine. The Z129 engine in a TO-30 has a longer stroke. 3.875 vs the TO-20's 3.75. That's where the big difference in torque is and why they changed the camshafts.

With roughly 8% more airflow you should be able to enrich the carb so that you have no problem. The TO-30 has bigger intake valves and different cam so you won"t match its performance by just a displacemnt change.

Thank you all for the expert advice and replys. Now I can go on to think about other things. I have ordered the parts.
