any idea when ferguson went to a decal on the sides of the hood and stopped drilling/punching holes in the hood for a plate?

I should have stated this is for the TO 35. All I care about is the TO 20, TO 30, TO 35 and F 40. In other words the made in Michigan Ferguson Tractors.

Yeah, but some of the TO20s had decals too.

Yeah, as you see old pictures, like Bing images or old you tube films, TEA 20's -like mine, didn't have holes for the plates, so the decals must have been much earlier on UK made tractors.
