Replacement Radiator for a TO20

Hello All. I recently purchased an aftermarket radiator for a to20 from this site. Problem is that the radiator hits the front axle and I cannot place the hood on correctly. The only way that I can make it work is to cut out or grind down the front axle. I really don"t want to do that if I can avoid it. I contacted YT about it and there response was that it works for some and some it don"t. I took it to a radiator shop and they didn"t want to mess with it. My question is can someone recommend where I can purchase one that will actually fit. Any replies will be appreciated.

Agco... It will probably cost you twice as much but you will end up with a better radiator. Me personally... I won't buy aftermarket parts for any of my Fergusons unless Agco no longer carries the part.

if it is aftermarket, then maybe you need an oem part for your tractor one that is made for your tractor, unless you are good at crafting stuff you may be able to make it work

My aftermarket rad was made in Turkey. Where did I get it?
That is a very good question.
You might wind up returning yours if possible and picking up a used rad and getting it recored.

This one was on Craigslist a while back - don't know if it's still there (no affiliation):

FWIW, Sparex parts generally work well, but I don't know about radiators. The Sparex part number for this radiator is S.60132.

Also, I remember reading on the board about a radiator made in the UK that was well made. I don't remember the brand, or where to get one - it might have been through Bare-Co.

I have a TO-20 I am parting out. Can't say what shape the radiator is in but I can send you pictures. If you give me a better idea of where you are hitting the axle I will be sure to send that one. I am willing to remove it and ship it and will keep the cost down as I love to see anyone keeping one of these running. E-mail me at [email protected]

I got my Turkish radiator on eBay many years ago. It has worked fine although it doesn't have a cleat for the brace rod and I had to shorten the mounting studs. If the top and bottom covers and the discharge fitting are OK on your old radiator then recoring would be the way to go. I couldn't do that since the cast discharge fitting was broken.

I've attached an eBay pic that looks like the one I bought and pics of the old radiator and the new one installed.
