Cotton Trailer

Took the 35 and my new Ferguson Trailer out for a drive Sunday. When I got to the field I got to thinking about the old days. When we picked cotton by hand. Anyone remember these days?

Good lookin pictures, looks like you are in high cotton.
Not to nit-pick, but me believes that is a wagon behind the thractor and not a trailer.
There have been discussions on the difference betwixt a trailer and wagon.

We called them trailers. I guess it was because a wagon was pulled with horses. Don't know when this started and maybe because it had rubber tires and it trailed behind you. LOL

Yes Tony you are correct drink a lot of WATER. Water does not come in brown bottles or aluminum cans that I know of. Miner09 is doing a fine job on the Ferguson implements if he keeps going he will be able to open a modern day Ferguson farm store.

Ya know Richard... there is something in Texas.. well, kids can't buy it, so it must not be water... but holy cow it doesn't taste like a good Canadian beer either... they call it 'Shiner'... like a black eye. Even Miner don't touch it unless he has to... I got to admit some of their flavors are better than most any American beer.
I have no idea what I am going to do once I'm down there... either church key dos equis or yearly trips to Canadian duty free shops... with an empty 30 foot trailer... drink responsibly my friends...

I thought the same thing Brent. I think Mickey has an evil plot to rule a 13 month FENA calendar from now on... maybe the Shiner beer people need a tractor calendar too?
