Someone had a couple of these license plate toppers for sale. Claimed they were NOS. It was discussed on another "channel" and someone thought that Harry gave them out to English farmers when they brought there tractor. Probably a flake, Although nice to look at is there any history to the story.

Even in the 50's, UK plates were twice as long, and no screw holes, the plates were/still are? semi perminately attached to the vehicle. US, Canada and Mexico have tags this size, but this just? doesn't 'look' right. Awful thick for sheet metal- is it plastic or fiberglass? I know there were tin barn signs that said this, but...

I don't know the material, plastic or ? I just copied the photo. looks like it might have went above the tail light on the fender on a license plate holder.
Although in might not be politically correct I thought it would be a nice touch for my 2n.

If Harry actually was giving them out with his TE20, it wouldn't say Ford on it, that's for sure! I don't believe 9Ns and 2Ns were sold new in England. Ford at first stuck with the old Fordson line and introduced the Dexta to compete with the Fergies in the 50s.
