fergie position question.

Hi

I have bought a fergie positioner and had a read of instructions.
Wondering if any one out there has installed one?
The instructions call for drill out the bolt heads or something similar, if you want to quickly swap back to draft control??

Can someone out there who has done it let me know if it is better to drill holes or to use the lock washer method as per instructions

Also i fould the instructions a little confusing?

cheers

Fairly easy really and yes the instructions read harder than the job is . The drilling mentioned is just for some lock wire to stop the bolts from loosening . Because the whole quadrant bracket is meant to slide back and forth a little the bolts can't be nipped down so wire is used to keep them at a finger tight torque .
It really is just a matter of drilling a hole sideways though the bolt head that will take a wire , nothing more than that .
The fergie position controller is a great device , you won't regret fitting it .

Hi
