Agh look at the potatoes!!! Magic! Too bad Sam wasn't there to give these yanks a few pointers!
One or two of these things I have no idea what they do- the galvanized thing with turf tires and a pick up head...a early self propelled baler? Most of this stuff I don't remember seeing at all when we were there. It was just overwhelming for my wee little brain at the best of times. Just too much to take in when it's 100 degrees. So did Milissa drive the 40 and fergie rake? while you pulled the ?? .... I presume that's a horse drawn tedder? Or are you lining up the cull potatoes??? ... Gosh now I wish I was there... if I leave in 10 minutes????? I could be there in less than a week!!!!!

I raked with F40. On the 35 is a 1900 potato digger.

Now I got a closer look I see it is not a tedder... I bet if it was adjusted right, it could double as a hay machine!!
And you are doing a good job with it! My digger is like the rod belt one in the earlier picture. a 'Hoover'.
