Hi Y'all,
Just about to get my 1950 TO20 out of paint and body next week.It is a real beauty now. This is my homage to my daddy. Engine, hydraulics, body has been totally rebuilt. This is my daddy's first tractor that he used to start farming after WWII. When he passed away, my brother and I inherited his tractors, my brother got the MF135 and me the Ferguson. The tractor was always special to daddy and I am trying to do this right. It was totally worn out. Last fall , we finally got our money right to do a restore / rebuild. Anyway, I remember when daddy used it the governor was never set right, using screen door springs and bungee cords to keep it usable, and now that the engine and tractor has been completely gone through, I am stuck with the governor/ throttle linkage settings from the past, which have never been correct. Anybody have some measurements on the linkages that will get me in the ballpark. Planning on going for engine start tomorrow and will need to set the governor soon after.
Thanks to all
