Z 120 continental engine compatable with a Z 129 continental

We have a 1951 T O 20 with a cracked block, it already has the three bolt repair kit but still puts h2o in the oil. It has the Z 120 continental eng. Found a Z 129 continental block only trying to figure out if I can marry my parts with it

The Z 120 and Z 129 are basically the same block only the sleeves have been honed more to give it more HP. The Z 129 will fit in the TO 20.

So the Z 120 guts ( crank,sleeves,etc....) will fit the Z 129 ?

No...Z120 sleeves will not fit a Z129 block. The diameter of the hole for the sleeve was increased on the Z129 block for the increased bore size. Why not check and see where the water is coming from on the Z120 first. It could be a leaking oring at the bottom of the sleeve. They deteriorate over time. A cracked block does not mean it leaks. My block is cracked between every cylinder but it does not leak.
