Crankshaft bolt torque Ferguson F-40

I posted this on the Massey Ferguson forum and one individuel told me I should post on the Ferguson forum.Question; what is the torque value on the crankshaft pulley bolt. I have a F-40 ITT manual, a MF 50 shop service manual, and a MF 165 shop service manual and none of them talk about this bolt.

I use a air wrench and get it tight. Just don't get carried away. Use good judgment. I never use a torque wrench on this bolt. I may be doing it wrong but never have a problem.

You are correct, no-one seems to list that torque setting. It does need to be tight and it will need to be at least 75 lbs.ft. While the Crankshaft will stand that, the bolt if it isn't the original one could be softer, but you will feel it stretching when you tighten it if this is the case.. John(UK)
