I could not add to my post, but only as a confusing edit to the old thread.
So's anyway, if you can't see it clear enough- I 'think' TE A-430755. I researched and reckon early '55?
This is the pump, al-u-min-e-um. Ford looking compare to TO's.
Yeah, fan comes off a '78 Buick or something, it might have had heat issues. Possibly the junked Jubilee the trumpets and other pieces came from.

Tony don't worry about the air cleaner I am sure it will be alright. Let it suck in those leaves to give it more to burn save on fuel.

Why don't you take the dipstick cover off and look for the aluminum bridge on the control fork? An 85mm TEA should have that. Also look at the lift cylinder,a cylinder for an 8N has a notch ground on one side of the opening for clearance on their linkage, plus they do not have a hole for the control fork spring. It would have to be drilled. A lift cylinder for a 9N is completely smooth and does not have the two reinforcement ribs cast into it like the Ferguson cylinders do.

Scroll down this page and you will see a shot of the bottom of a TE-20 pump. It looks the same as yours.

Does this little tag mean anything sugniffegant? would this be a 20-85?
An aluminum bridge Jason? That's the next step to tackle, so we'll see what's in there tonight. I have a feeling something is busted in the cylinder anyway. So it all has to come apart, I'll bring my camera.
Richard, if this air filter is wrong, that is the least of this tractor's problems.
You want this thing at the FENA show? To go back together like Jeff's 20? Well, we might get it back together and running by the 2016 show.... certainly our team could do it in a day, but not without a van full of tools, a pallet of parts and a truck load of Canadian beer... some Mexican beers are good tho, not that I drank any of course....

Correct. It is a 1955 TEA20. But a hybrid with indistinct parenthood!

Correct. It should have an 85 mm bore engine thus in some parts of the World would be known as a 20-85. If you are unsure about the engine check that the casting date is 1955. Casting date here:

Jury is out on the oil bath air filter.

Built in the UK, shipped to Canada and sold by the Canadian Massey Harris Ferguson Ltd.

Correct. Canadian and Mexican beer is far better than US beer. My guess that restoration would be around a dozen cartons of beer.

Here is some of the markings on my sweet little fe 35 sewing machine including the breather. First pic is right side behind bell housing then near tranny dipstick then left side sitting below shifter then breather. In front of the carb is the word BILCHROME.

So I bet your FE was made later than mine- I think in the first pic that is called 'the Conventry Spire'. Been there. done that.
My 65 and MF30 have those on the castings. They were made in the 60's- was yours?

All the pumps in the TE20 and TO20 and 30 look the same and they will interchange, the only mod you would need to do is when you have a Pump with "O" rings on the Side Chambers and it previously had a Pump with gaskets. You would need to grind the ends slightly on the steady posts on the PTO Gearbox. When the Pump has "O" rings it is slightly narrower between the Side Chambers. The Cast Iron Pumps used on the TO30's have "O" rings and do interchange. TO30's have a bridge between the Control Fork Legs, TE type tractors had this fitted from about 1953. The amount of metal to remove from the PTO Gearbox is minimal and there is no need to split the tractor for this you can do it from underneath with a file John(UK)
