pipe plugs in lift cover TO30 - what're they for

ok, I'm in the middle of reassembling a TO30 right now, fitting a Wagner W3FF loader on it.

Front end's rebuilt and now that I'm taking the fenders off I noticed 2 pipe plugs on either side of the lift cover - they're inline with the transfer pipe/test port. Are these for hyd takoff instead of tapping into the test port?

Could I use them to run the loader? Would the lift arms still need chained down? Will the 4GPM make the loader too slow to be usable?

Should I just put the stinger pump on and be done with it?

Thanks

u can use the 3pt hyd to power a loader, but u'll have to use a trip bucket.got one on my te.someday?i'll change over to a belt drive pump.and btw u don't have to chain the arms down,i've got a better way.email me.
