Tony in Tex?

How is Tony getting along in TX, Micky? Has he bought any cattle yet or is he still shooting the bull ?........Get him along to Pittsburg tractors and leave him for a few hours.......even leave him for a day or two, he might get enough parts to keep his stuff running for a while.........Sam

Well Norman, the only buffalo I seen so far is made out of rust sheet metal. Miner don't want to drive his F40's in demolition derbies and mud bog events like I do, kinda a shame.... I offered to dust em up a bit, he chased me off with a broom.... now all he lets me do is help the cat milk the dogs...

I forget to post these earlier. The used parts salesman said a couple guys from central and south America pretty much cleaned out the sheet metal and many other parts. He told me and Mickey 'they were trying to go out of the salvage end of it'. But, they weren't having a going out of business sale, pretty much average prices... I don't like to pay retail prices for used stuff , and mickey WILL NOT pay retail for used junk... the real shame was the only propane hoods were MF65's, if they had an MF50 LPG hood, I would bought it for my '59 MF 50 project. One of several I better get done THIS summer.... too darn ...caliente to do many projects down here in the summers... and since the cow ate my right hand I'll have to work even slower- oh By the way... Mickey found another snake...

The racks don't look much different to how they were a few years
back, just you can see them better now! Guess they must be into tractor restorations in South America in a big way??? I just knew there had to be
snakes in that place....Glad I did not find any!......Sam

Well, in truth, Mickey woke up a couple mud wasps. Not exactly safe, but better than snakes yeah. Much better than any kinda snake in poison ivy like last year...
Nearly all those arsends are gone, 3 or 4 on the ground, any others are still in place other side of the building.
I don't think they are restoring fergies in south America, they are most likely still used to pay bills, feed the kids, boring stuff like that...
These new pics are at Mickey's friend's place close by... doesn't sell any of it tho. It's just over the river.... in OK.... only a couple hours up the road... still daylight when we got home in, so it's OK...

Well Oldmisterbill, I don't know how far away you are? +100 miles? But the Jim Esbenshade place is where Mickey took me. Too much to see all at once- like bringing a kid to a toy store... with no money..
June 20 & 21st is his event, you might find it well worth the ride. Achille is the town, the Chickasaw rez is to the east, his phone is 1-580-283-3453.
Miner will bring a 40 or his just finished 35 and something behind it- it's a working event, mowing, baling, plowing? I will be back in the land of codfish and baked beans by then, so you all just have lotsa fun for me!

I'll take the Codfish and beans baked with molasses. :). I got some Haddock in the freezer a friend shipped overnight. Oh! We were talkin bout tractors not fish, Salt cod would help. Oh-Oh-oh Tractors oh yes! Wonder how many bottoms finnan haddie will pull. I'm about 3 hours or so north of Miner on HWY 69. I gotta make a trip to NE this summer.

Boy Tony there aren't any yards like that here. Never been stung by a mud wasp/ dirt dobber but they look like they could. Those junkyard tractors look better than mine. When you coming here?

Maybe just maybe Toonee(and I) could just be the ones to travel around finding parts for everyone for only a small fee-- oh wait I forgot he owns a ford.
