Not quite a TO , this one is a TEF , a diesel powered TE20 , seen at the Korumburra tractor show in 2011.

I like the it thanks for the replies to put duals on a TO would I need another set of factory wheel centers?

Yes, you would need the centers and would also have
to make a spacer to go between the centers.

These are the reproductions of the original stud adapters . There is also a circular spacer plate that fits between wheels .
