Tony in Mass - Looking at your pictures. My dad also has a NYS Thruway MF. No 3 pt hitch but a hydraulic sickle bar mower attached. We've been trying to track down the model. I see yours is a 3165. He thought his was a 30, but maybe it is a 3165 as well. I have the serial number but haven't been able to come up with a way to turn that back into model and year. Wondering if you have a good way to do that or if you can tell me how to tell the difference between a 3165 and a 30?

It is a great tractor. Lots of power...

Thanks for any insight you have.

See the MF35 Government model data above. Note the years this model was produced. Much of this information came to me from Bob Sybrandy of FENA

Thanks. Been to tractordata. No serial number data available. It does have the AG4-212 Perkins engine. My guess is that the serial number is 9A 114839. My dad thought it read as "9A TT4839" but from what I've read, that's not a valid number.

Thanks for the help.
