Planted Bluebonnets and this came up. LOL Took the 35 out for a test drive today. Just about finished, still have to make lens retainer for taillight. Also have PS leaking fluid out top steering post, running out under steering wheel. Is there a seal for this? Hadn't looked at manual yet.

Mickey if you will take all the p/s stuff off it will quit leaking and you can send it to me. Thank you very much.

I've got a complete ps sector apart and that's the way it came in a 5 gal can. The parts manual shows both ps an manual so if you need the upper seal # I can find it or agco parts book has it. I'd pull the old one an go to a bearing and drive to match it.

Hey the headlights got eye brows like the little fergie cartoon guy! You'll have to paint some lashes on them. I think the cartoon fergie likes to roll in the..... ah- yeah- bluebonnets....... with his friend little miss Massey Harris Pony

There is a seal, and you will need to replace the upper O ring if it is leaking out of the top of the steering column. If you have an original temp gage and want to save it you can very carefully slide the dash over the steering column so you do not have to disconnect the temp gage. You might want to put a little gasket sealer on the O ring so it stays in place when you put it back together.

Mickey, my 55 TO 35 does not have a hole in the engine casting for a PS pump. The s/n on it is 114,xxx. I am curious what your s/n is and does anyone know at what s/n PS was available. The tag on my engine also says Harry Ferguson Inc., not Massey Harris Ferguson. How about yours?

Oops! My s/n is 147,xxx not 114,xxx. I think that one is my 30. And I would agree, that picture is made for the calendar!

I do not think I can tell when they started using the P/S since I am only working with the 1956 TO 35s and the first tractor I have listed is also the first one listed with P/S is S/N 167488. Sorry guys.

Back in the day that I engineered the semi-truck along the roads in Texas in early spring the Bluebonnets and Indian paint brush were yust awe inspiring.
Another stretch of road vas in Georgia when da crimson clover vas in bloom along the interstate trails,
