I want to replace my distributor cap, wires and plugs.
Could someone tell me some replacement parts to use.

Below are Ferguson part numbers. You will probably be buying Sparex parts and I have also provided the Sparex part numbers.

The distributor cap is MF Part No 829937M1, Sparex Part No S.41169.

The rotor is MF Part No 829927M1, Sparex Part No S.42374.

The Contact Points are MF Part No 829925M1, Sparex Part No S.42372.

The Condenser is MF Part No 1024924M91 (??), Sparex Part No S.42373.

Sparex provide an "Ignition Kit" Part No S.43667 containing all the parts you need.

Most agricultural dealers are Sparex dealers. You can find a local dealer HERE.

This site is a great source of Ferguson tractor parts but I believe they, like many other US suppliers, will not ship to Canada?? Must be a language problem, or they don't like your dollars????? :lol:

No, they won't ship to Canada. Depending on your location in Manitoba, if you're close enough to the border, you might be able to ship parts into Minnesota or North Dakota and pick them up. That is how I order things from here, we are on the border with Minnesota.
I highly recommend this site as they have always been quick with shipping and helpful. They also provide us with this great forum which also helps out in a huge way working on these old machines.
