Spring morning

This is nothing unusual around here this time of year, but I'm really tired of it after this winter. Got about 5 inches of really heavy wet snow. I don't think snowblowers are going to work to well on this stuff. We'll see how the 35 does pushing it around.

Yeah..........we've got a foot or more forecast for tomorrow. Still got massive piles of it. Depressing.

Dan, Hello, Rained like heck half of yesterday, and dropped about 1 inch of snow here in eastern ohio over night. I'm tired of this to. But the sun is shining and snow is melting, Going to 44 here today so there is hope for a nice day. Sorry for your luck!-ed

OOOOh wowww. and people up north ask why I sold out and moved to Massachusetts!!! And I still ain't far enough south....
A long time ago, late 30's? early 40's? My mom and my aunt stayed with relatives in La Praire for Easter. So much snow no roads were open. Her uncle arranged with a friend on the railroad for a ride to Hemmingsford. In the cupola of a caboose behind a steam engine and huge snowplow. By that time my grandpa could drive that far and take them home. More fun than being stuck in a big city all week!!
Hey when I was a kid, sometimes the Champlain valley, sometimes just the Adirondacks, there were a couple school snow days the first week of May... which ain't too far to go... THEN it will be spring! Maybe. good luck

The 6 foot snowblower on the MF50 actually worked on the stuff. Used the 35 for finish scraping. It was drizzling the whole time so didn't spend much time tidying up but at least we can get out of the driveway. I got the rear wheels from supergrumpy a couple years ago..they work good!
