I would like to take a moment to tell all my brothers on this site "Welcome home" "I love you all" Then take a moment to pray for those that gave it all for our country.

I wasn't aware of that either. I [b:008435e404]was[/b:008435e404] there and have a number of friends on the wall. I am glad to see that our "newer" military people and veterans not treated like we were when returning home.
 
Thanks for posting. I served in Viet Nam and did not know of this day. It is not noted on the calendars we have and nothing mentioned on the news. Thanks Again for bringing it to our attention.

Yes Richard we do have a tendency to avoid news etc. It is wonderful to see our troops of today treated with love & respect. Are any of you near Oklahoma. I'd love to say hello.
 
Sorry Bill, I am in Michigan but if you can make it to the Ferguson Expo I would love to say hi to you also.
