TO35 with 23C Exhaust Pipe size

What is the exhaust pipe size? I bought the gaskets and they are much larger than than the flange on mine. When it is running the velocity coming out of the pipe is higher than I'm use to.

I can measure mine later, but I know the muffler is the same as the gas tractors use.

If you can, measure the pipe and the flange. it sure seems small. Do you have an exhaust manifold?
