13.6/28 on sale at TSC for 79.99 per wheel
12.4/28 on sale for 99.99 at same store. also per wheel
aren't 13.6 bigger ????

Are they both the same plies? If so sounds as they are better priced than the smaller ones.

I just bought a set of the 12.4/28 chains at my local TSC store. And they are pretty good chains, got the connecting link that goes down the center of the tire. Employee told me that they are maybe going to stop stocking tractor chains, hence the sale.
