f40 front lower chin piece

looking for any reasonable leads on front lower chin piece for my f40. i"ve heard of some fiberglass ones as well, but beggers cant be chosers. found one on gots/wants fena, but they keep listing it but was sold 6 months ago. thanks

Where in Conneticut? I'm near the 6 flags and the big E in Mass.
I know of one F40 in Broad Brook and another in Andover- yours?
 
i'm near litchfield,north of waterbury. i finshed this one about a year ago. starting to collect goodies to do my 2nd one.

Your yard looks like a great place for a field trip! But not today, wind chill must be 30 below out there. I knew there were fergies out your way, but I didn't know there was a collector like you out there. I didn't know there ever was a trike 40 in all New England. After seeing this one, Miner will want to hand deliver some parts!! In the spring..
 
thanks tony, picture was from a tractor pull in warren ct. there is a mf 65 in background thats mine that i did years ago, my only other tractor is mf 85 i would like to do someday. i converted f40 from wide front end to tricycle because i like the look. i also have another mf 65 tricycle for sale on craigslist.
 
Looks like Micky has you sorted with a chin piece?, I can get the Massey 65 type here in N. Ireland.....Same thing except for the starter crank hole! I can also get one in fibreglass, but metal is more authentic!.............Sam

I finally got my F-40 back together after taking all the sheet metal off, sandblasting and priming and finish-coating, yee haw!! No more parts scattered all about.

The elusive chin is the last piece I need ...... I heard that the chin off an MF-50 is the same, but I can't find an MF-50 either. I'm ready to put it to work, that old Continental runs like a champ
