OT - A Little Excess Packaging, Maybe...

I noticed that one of my SK sockets was cracked, so I sent it off for a warranty replacement.

I mailed it in a small padded envelope, and I received a new one in about a week (Thanks, SK!) via UPS, packed like this:

It arrived safely, thank goodness! :)

Tom, they don't make them like they used to, so they wanted to make sure it didn't get damaged on the way. Be careful this one may not last as long as the last one. LOL

about 10 years ago my son broke my 1/2" drive ratchet made by wright that I bought in 1973 outside of ft. Campbell ky.
I sent it back and received a replacement. good company!

at the time my teen age son decided he needed to put a pipe over the ratchet handle for more torque........
