Worked on manifold today. Looks like I may have to grind a little on top next to back stud. Nut will not turn. Everything else looks OK. The manifold is a little thicker, may have to use longer stud bolts. Only thing I done was look and see if everything would work.Maybe I'll get on tomorrow. Still cold, high was 21 today.

I was thinking of having two nuts made the next size smaller??????

might not be cost effective though.

Did you change studs? Top two on ends are long but others are short on mine. Just about 1/2 threads on nut with no washers. Have two extra heads that may have longer studs.

Only had to grind a little on manifold next to back stud on top. I started all nuts before I tighten any, just a little on each stud at a time. I had several different wrenches that I used. After turning with one then it wouldn't work and another one would. I used this method until tight. I even ground the edge of one so it would work. To start the top two center nuts I put small screwdriver that would just go inside nut and turned nut until it started. I forgot heat shield and went back and had a little trouble with one on top front, no room for wrench. I see why they are always left off-- LOL

Well, once it's applied, that pearl looks pretty good. I'd say in the sunlight, it will match the green I found on the airfilter from the 202. So what was the tin? Grey or beige? Rustoleum makes both...

Tony, Hi!, I painted my....Blue tractor 5 years ago
with Rustoleum spray bombs and as you can see in
the pic. it's still has a gloss. The paint on the
loader is fresh. My son restored that loader and
put it on for me. I like it as mine are working
tractors and the paint gets scratched up, with the
spray bombs it's easy to keep it touched up cheers-
