to-30 for sale

that comes up about once a year i guess he can't get a buyer i think his price comes down a little to

Yeah I think all the potential buyers tried to steer it... and told him their mother was calling. That got to be very heavy on the front, hard to fight without power steering.
Now, a few months ago, since I couldn't sell mine a lot like this one but no cab.... I sold the loader to someone on these forums, swapped out some tires and wheels, tweaked things I couldn't reach well with the loader frame in the way.... now it is my favorite. Nimble handy and strong.
Some times with a rig like this one- take it home, take off all the junk, and you have a nice TO30 well worth 1300 bucks. And it comes with the original fenders? so had to be one owner or well looked after.
You just can't make something with a 1950's Sears and Robuck cab and box of rocks look pretty...

According to his ad it says he has the title for it when it was licensed for the road. I can't tell what year that plate is for.
I did not realize any states required tractors to have plates.

Hello, The way that thing is set up I bet it will push deep snow like a small dozer. If you want a loader for a to35, That"s the one I recommend..
I"ve had one on mine for 30 years. Light weight and very strong. Long reach, razes to 12 foot, will load a big dump truck. That loader will dig, most will not. And if you change the front end alignment to 5/8 towed out it will steer good as long as it"s moving.- ed

because my dad spent time running from field to field on the roads he licensed our 35 back in the mid 50's.
don't need to license a tractor in PA but there is a one way limit of 22 miles you can legally operate a tractor on PA roads provided you have AG tires on the rears. if you have turf tires your are fair game for a cop who is having a bad day.

I remember seeing plates on barn walls that came off of tractors- bet I never see one again! Nevermind buy one. A lot of old fenders have what's left of a ? trailer tail light? With a bar for a plate, and clear lens to light it up.
I 'think' when tractors were new things, some states thought of them as vehicles when going way down the public roads, so in came the plates. And fees? Here, there is a cheap plate for the farm truck, but you better not get caught abusing it. With a tractor- if you have a SMV triangle, you can go 5 miles or stay in township, a cop told me I'd need to get a plate to leave town with a farm tractor. The farm truck plate? That might be the same idea in Pa? His title? yep, that's a new one to me too...

Did you buy that thing yet? You should buy it. Sell the loader! A couple weeks ago a couple people were looking for loaders weren't they? and that cab... wouldn't that look cool on my tea with tank tracks? and a coat of bright orange? I bet Miner wants the box of rocks... see? tractor's almost free now... go get it...
Trac's right tho, it been for sale awhile now... I'll say like William Shatner and Kaley Cuoco, "negotiate!!!"

some time ago you did need plates/tags but a farmer
with a little bit of money had taken it to court
and won! you can't go over 20 mph. he must of had a
few tractors

Is that loader a Wagner WM4 ? I just acquired.A 1 owner 1952 Ferguson with WM4 mounted and am looking for owners manual or copy of that explains up keep of loader system, as I want to drain and replace fluids etc.

'Ntractorclubforums', manual library, there should be a 'pdf' of your loader there. If you don't have a printer, there should be a way to make a paper copy. My local library or CVS does it for a buck a page. This loader probably only has 4 or 5 pages in the book.
I can't believe no one bought this tractor yet. The loader is worth a few bills, the cab is worth a few bucks, the power adjust wheels and rims are worth more than half his asking price. If there wasn't so many mountains and valleys between here and there...

Sorry for changing lanes without signaling.....you posted a comment that "I have the adapter for a ford front mount distributor for the mag. that won't fit it." in 2012. Do you still have the adapter? I am looking for one. Thanks in advance.
