shimming axles properly when installing, which 1 first?
here the temperature gets too -25 degrees which oil is the way to go for hydraulics to work best ? & thank you , noktchup

well hi Richard , I am gonna say that I have a To 30, I am not looking right @ the serial #, so I 'm guessing that you are going to tell me that there is quite a bit of difference between them , huh, well let me know what I'm gonna need for some help, thanks , noktchup

Post the serial number and prefix here and we can advise you what you have and year of manufacture. The differences are important, including totally different engines in some models.

Tractor serial number, not engine type. The serial number is on the dash data plate in front of the steering wheel.

But as it has a Continental Z129 engine, I guess it is a US built TO-30.

The hydraulics and transmission use GL-1 oil, not hydraulic or heavy transmission oil. Considering your temps drop to -25, you would do better to run multi grade engine oil in the transmission and hydraulics, maybe 10-30 multigrade or similar?
