TO30 - Hyd Pump Drain Plug.... gasket ?

Is there supposed to be a gasket on the big drain plug under the hydraulic pump? I could not see one as the plug fell from my fingers into the 5 gallon oil catch bucket

. It definitely was not there after I fished the plug out of a full 5 gallon oil catch bucket. I don"t have an exploded parts diagram to check it out. Thanks ahead of time for your help !!!!!

Yes,mine has a copper washer there.

Copper.... hummmmm. Any suggestions on what to do? Not seeing copper gaskets not listed in YT parts. Can I make one? Will a fiber or rubber gasket do?

Most all auto parts have the copper O rings. I get them at O Reillys.

Here is the diagram from the Parts Manual. The part number is 181468M1.

Thanks for all the help. Unfortunately, my O Reillys didn't have anything like that. I did find that the plug did have a fiber gasket stuck on it. Maybe that will be good enough. But in the mean time, I will keep looking for the copper.

You can order them online for $2.53 from Jacks Small Engine. The part number now is 181468V1.

It is the same one that is fitted to the Filler Plug on top near the Gear Change and the Plug is the same size too. John(UK)
