2tractors

A friend of mine is having a tranny problem with his NH/ford tn-65 stating it shifts into all gears but won"t move because the high/low lever on the left side is inoperative. No help so far on the ford forum, anybody got any ideas?

First problem, he bought a dorF instead of a fergie.
Second problem was thinking a dorF could do a day's work.
Third is probably shifting on the fly like what binds up the fergie/MF levers.
Forth is not paying you in beer for telling him to just get in there and push the forks around like we do with our GOOD tractors.... if the filler cap isn't near the levers... you guys might have to unbolt and lift up the cover enough to look and poke around in there.
ORRRR... tow it down town and trade for a good tractor...

Tooonee, my sentiments exactly but since I couldn"t be so heartless as to tell him that ,I just copied and pasted your reply. While looking for remedies on the dorf forums most were recommending Kubotas. I guess Italy{New Holland} should stick to pizza pies.Hope none of your relatives are offended.
