F-40 Gray--Green

Trying to buy a F-40 that looks to be original with gray-green paint. Serial 403085, looks to be a high # for green and gray to me. Looks to be original. Anyone know anything about the colors and serial numbers? He's a little high on price.

I have not heard of any color combo for the F 40s except Beige and Green or mostly Beige and Grey. Of course I haven't heard everything either.

yeah Mickey, even #85 would probably have been beige from what I've heard... gosh I wish I remember where all dis dis information came from... I think you should buy it anyway. There's never enough F40's around the place... get this one for Amelia's Christmas present!

He is a little high on his numbers also.....I guess anything over 100 on the serial number would be beige and grey?
I am sure Amelia will like it!

Wish it was closer (500 miles)so I could look under tag, this could help us. Thought someone may have got info since last post on the colors.
