Clean-up/work continuing on the TO-20.
I took off the hydyaulic/transmission dipstick/side cover yesterday, and found no gasket.
It hadn't been leaking much, if any, but I'm planning to replace it, while the fluid is out.
This site sells one for 9N/2N/8N, that should be the same as for a Fergy.
It looks like a thin paper/cardboard gasket - can I just make my own from gasket paper - or a piece of cardboard?
Or would Permatex "gasket making stuff" be better?
I didn't take off the PTO lever/cover, but I can see some stuff "squeezed out" from around the cover, like somebody used sealer at some point. (I didn't take off that cover, for fear of screwing up the PTO lever.)
