Need quick Electric circuit help

I went to load the tare-down tractor for the FENA expo this weekend and she won"t start.

I want to pin point this as I do not have time to shot gut this or that.

What I know:
TO-20 Cont. z120.
Fuel flow ok

Coil showed 2.2 ohms across the terminals that drifted down to 1.9 over 5 to 10 seconds.

No Spark from center lead of coil (disconnected from center of cap then placed next to ground.

I removed the cap and no spark across the points.

With points open I get 6V at the coil. 6 V at the distributor. (and near side of points.) nothing opposite side of points obviously.

When closed Voltage drops to .3V or so.

That"s what I know. Where to look next?

Update. I did not have the key on before.

With the key on I get a weak white spark from the coil center wire to a ground point. I rechecked the ohms and it is 3.0 ohms

I checked my TE-20 which won't start either. And it has 4.4 ohms across the coil.

I am thinking it is the coils.

If not the coils then maybe a dodgy ignition switch? , corrosion or bad contacts only allowing a little current through .

Good spark now and the tractor is loaded. See you at the Expo.

Tractor building Friday, and Sat. Step up and say hi. I"ll hand you a wrench/spanner
